Oh, yeah. I agree. Kirk is the funniest. Ironically, he's only funny when paired with a straight guy. Like when he's talking to Luke. Or when Lorelai is trying to convince him... Well, you just can't win an argument like that.
There are some who might think Sookie is the funniest. She's my second choice for funny GG character.

Sookie is really funny also. I think her funniest quote is, "I missed the beginning of queer eye for the straight guy, and by the time I got back, they were all gay!" That makes me laugh every time.
I think the funniest combination of people would have to be Luke and Kirk. Like: when Kirk asks for a napkin, Luke throws a wet towel at him, and it hits Kirk in the face. Every time I see it on DVD I rewind it and watch it again, about five times!
TG (Liz's husband) is also very funny. But it's not really "jokes" or anything that he says, it's just his attitude.
