1.02 - The Lorelais' First Day at Chilton

Summary: Rory's (Alexis Bledel) first day at Chilton Prep begins badly when Lorelai (Lauren Graham) oversleeps and accompanies her daughter into the intimidating school wearing a t-shirt, cut-off jeans and cowboy boots, an outfit which draws disapproving stares from the other mothers and from her own mother, Emily (Kelly Bishop).

That was funny when Lorelai didn't have anything to wear! But, it was sort of unrealistic because you would think:
1.) she could've borrowed something of Rory's
2.) she would AT LEAST have one pair of jeans she couldv'e put on with nice shoes.


but it was still funny
